Good day lion of Africa as I have claim 3wks ago they responded after so many calls saying the policy has lapsed but I I was paying every month they referred me to emerald and emerald is referring to lion of Africa but I'm sure the policy is updated so I don't know what to do now to bury my mom.

Delaying claim
I had a policy with this company since 2014 for my mother and I was the beneficiary. My mother passed away 3wks ago I've submitted the claim two weeks ago and I've been calling them every day but they keep on dropping my calls.
