My father passed away in October 2017. ABSA was appointed as the executors. A Sylvia Masimula from ABSA Trust was appointed to deal with the estate. The service I have received thus far is pathetic and non existent. Not once have I been informed of the progress of the late estate, i do not receive any email communication and most times my emails go unanswered. The only time i have ever received a response from her is if I complain. 7 Months have passed and I still do not know what is happening with the estate. If your will is with ABSA, I would rethink appointing them as your executor.
<p>I recently purchased a Sceedo Self balancing s****** for my son in September 2016 for his birthday (a month before his actual birthday ) from yourdoor.co.za. The whole process was smooth. The customer service received from Tina Russel is excellent, at all times I knew what was happening with my order. She even phoned me after the order was despatched to give me some safety tips for my son when using and operating the self balancing s******.</p> <p> </p> <p>My son opened his present yesterday (25 October) after an hour or so, the hoverboard stopped working. Upon contacting Tina Russell, she only offered solutions and alternatives, she even offered a replacement loan unit until our unit could be fixed / replaced. Because of logistics (they are based in Cape Town) we requested a refund so that we can source another locally in Johannesburg, no questions asked they agreed to a refund.</p> <p> </p> <p>I can highly highly recommend yourdoor.co.za.
