This has happened a few months ago and I meant to write this ages ago. I bought my fisrt workhorse colour laser printer from them, and after about a year the fuser unit got damaged and I ordered the replacement part from YourDoor and waited and waited and waited, promises for new unit was made and broken a few times to the point where I thought they were bull****ting me, and was at the point of just buying another printer from another supplier. Enter Tina. Who gifted me a free black and white laser printer so that I could carry on my business. For keeps!! That is when I was reminded that suppliers also have the real problem of getting spares from their suppliers. As a small business owner, I have the same problem with my suppliers, where I can hear my clients think I am pulling the wool over their eyes. Fact of life - genuine delays happen, it is how you resolve them that matters. Thank you Tina and Samatha, you have a loyal customer in me!! the fact that they donated me a replacement printer shows they really had a problem and they really cared!

I have been buying from Youdoor for 10 years and had to pay COD every time before delivery. I bought a Smart Band watch from them last week Thursday which does not work. There is ZERO technical assistance ... everyone is always busy and no one can phone back. I was told that they would deliver a replacement on Monday morning. This never happened, then I was told it was going to be delivered on Monday afternoon. I phoned in at 4.32 pm to be told that the driver will not make it in time. I told them to rather refund and they requested the Smart Band watch to be collected which was done on Tuesday. Apparently the refund was made yesterday and is going to "appear" in my bank account today. Bottom line is the watch was collected on Tuesday and still no refund !!! Now I get told the Accounts Lady is not in the office and "I am not their only customer" ! They make promises that they can't keep.

This appears to be a fake site. The bottom line is that you give them your money and they don't send you what you paid for. All you get is promises and lies. And good luck in trying to get your money back.

This operation is a scam. Once you have ordered and paid they tell you they have no stock. You cancel the order. They tell you they will refund you. They don't. Just excuses and promises. A complete rip-off. Don't go near them!

<p>I recently purchased a Sceedo Self balancing s****** for my son in September 2016 for his birthday (a month before his actual birthday ) from yourdoor.co.za. The whole process was smooth. The customer service received from Tina Russel is excellent, at all times I knew what was happening with my order. She even phoned me after the order was despatched to give me some safety tips for my son when using and operating the self balancing s******.</p> <p> </p> <p>My son opened his present yesterday (25 October) after an hour or so, the hoverboard stopped working. Upon contacting Tina Russell, she only offered solutions and alternatives, she even offered a replacement loan unit until our unit could be fixed / replaced. Because of logistics (they are based in Cape Town) we requested a refund so that we can source another locally in Johannesburg, no questions asked they agreed to a refund.</p> <p> </p> <p>I can highly highly recommend yourdoor.co.za. Reputable, excellent and efficient service. Thank you Tina, your concern and service is very much appreciated.</p>

Just great service. Ordered Sunday arrived Tuesday, and had a call to confirm AM/PM delivery on the day at the specific address and call to confirm delivery after the fact.<br> <br> Am very happy with the service. Best ZA online experience I have had to date<br> <br> Craig
