This has happened a few months ago and I meant to write this ages ago. I bought my fisrt workhorse colour laser printer from them, and after about a year the fuser unit got damaged and I ordered the replacement part from YourDoor and waited and waited and waited, promises for new unit was made and broken a few times to the point where I thought they were bull****ting me, and was at the point of just buying another printer from another supplier. Enter Tina. Who gifted me a free black and white laser printer so that I could carry on my business. For keeps!! That is when I was reminded that suppliers also have the real problem of getting spares from their suppliers. As a small business owner, I have the same problem with my suppliers, where I can hear my clients think I am pulling the wool over their eyes. Fact of life - genuine delays happen, it is how you resolve them that matters. Thank you Tina and Samatha, you have a loyal customer in me!! the fact that they donated me a replacement printer shows they really had a problem and they really cared!
Firstly, get rid of your irritating narratator which is I suppose to make you feel you are talking. I have had Weafrica since I started my business (20 years) and ALWYS had great service from them, but something has gone awry at Mweb. I am sick and tired of pressing buttons, holding on for 45 minutes, getting the whatsapp immedeate attention chat (it is also a chat bot!!!!) Fancy switchboard systems has become a shield behind which employees can had - I WANT TO SPEAK TO A HUMAN BEING and I cannot achieve this, I have a simple question whichwould not take more than5 min to answer. Goodbye and good luck, I am busy transferring my ISP (who has given me 5+ service so far and aleady has my internet and void service installing and operating with great sucess. Go Intergro!!
I wish I could rate it a Zero star as I am so dissapointed in Matt. I also see a five star rating where the person were just as dissapointed as me, I am sure they meant it to be one star. I am (was) a supplier to him, doing brand engraving on watch components, and did our last order for him 2018/09/01 (R4908). I kept track of all the calls and e-mails requesting payment and initially he did respond promising and promising and promising payment was to be made and then just stopped answering his phone (voice message), e-mails not returned. I have three A4 pages of notes I made of all the calls and e-mails trying to get hold of him (I wonder if he is still trading actually). My busimess is a very small business, and almost R5k is a lot of money for us, but I am now writing this off as bad debt as I simply cannot deal with this situation any longer. Even if he pays up now and requests us to do more work for him, I will refuse.
Just a quick comment, I neglected to get the technician's name - Telkom Ref 66CWK190219), Maitland area, Cape Town. I have had my TELKOM ADSL line for well over10 years, and since moving to my new premises (approx 8 years) in which time my ADSL line went down three times. Yesterday was one of them - I started thinking it may be ISP problem, they checked, determined it to be Telkom and logged a fault on my behalf, estimating time for a technician to be available in approx 48 hrs. I do have a data ****le for backup just in case of times like this, and started buying airtime and trying to get my emails up and running again, when 30 minutes later the Telkom technician walked in!!!! I know Telkom takes a lot of flak or various issues, but the longest I have ever had to wait with all my TELKOM line issues is one hour! That is excellent in my book - credit given where credit is due!
Yes, I know what people say: "but it is their job", BUT... Last night I came home at about 20:30 to find our crescent in Uitzicht in near darkness. My neighbors on either side had electricity, but our house was without power. Obvious knee-jerk reaction ****, we ran out of electricity, checked our box but no, it was dead! Couldn't be load-shedding because my neighbors were fine! We have a Whats-app group for our street where I saw almost every alternate house was without power. Weird! Quick Google and found their help-centre, called (not actually expecting any reply) - had to wait for the usual pres this for this and that for that and pleasant classic music while holding for 5 min when I lady took my call and recorded my problem stating I would receive a fault ref via SMS and they would attend in 45min to a hour. Before I even received my reference, a gentleman called me and had me explain the problem, stating he would call back shortly, which he did another 5 minutes later with a guesstimated problem of the problem and they would send some-one out. Forty minutes later they arrived in two vans and got to work. Me and my partner was sitting back and chatting and eventually fell asleep. We woke at two 'o clock this morning. It was FREEZING and it was raining hard, but these guys were still going at it. We went to bed, and awoke this morning, judging from our microwave oven they completed the job about four this morning.! Unfortunately I had taken no names for any involved. Gents (and lady) kudos to you!! You had turned what was an unpleasant situation into a belief in our city again. So often things go horribly wrong and everyone is so quick to jump on the bandwagon. I just wanted to say thank you COCT, Excellent job in miserable conditions. If you know who worked on this incident in Tuscany Crescent Uitzicht - Please pass them my hearty gratitude. 10/10 for COCT!!! Charlie

I was approached by Zid-tal telephonically with regard to the supply of laser cartidges. As the printer I have is quite old (almost 7 years but still chugging on relentlessly) cartidges for this machine is sometime difficult to come by, so I irdered 1 cartridge from them September last year - I received unit and paid for it. Everyone happy.

To my surprise, I received another parcel with 2 cartridges in, thinking I may have made a mistake, I paid for as well.

There it ends not, as I received a call from them saying my last parcel with three cartridges has been shipped and when will I make payment? That is when I lost it and started googling these guys only to find out they are operating in a, lets say "not quite morally correct way". I stated that I DONT WANT ANY MORE CARTRIDGES but was told it is too late, the units has been shipped already!!

I requested a copy of confirmed order from me to them, but was told all transactions gets recorded, and once transaction has been completed, it is erased - I have never ever heard of anything so ridicilous. They phoned me again, this time claiming their IT department will call me back the next day with the recorded conversation as proof - that was last week, I am still waiting. Meanwhile I am still sitting with the last delivery of three cartridges (which I have not paid for and will not pay for, yet they refuse to give me a return to sender address.

Today I get a call from a gentleman again, stating that yes, I only placed one order, but that one order consists of three batch deliveries totalling 6 cartridges!!!, and this was absolutely the first time I ever heard of this.

I am at my wits end with this company, please do not use them if they approach you.

Sesha Trading now "taken over" by zidtalcommunications

We were approached by Cafe Chic owned by Conrad Gallagher to do an engraving job for them onto wooden spoons. Job was completed well before due date requested by client, and invoiced on 21/01/2015.
Job has not yet been collected, and after a few months of sending the regular monthly statement,
We e-mailed them a statement on2015/8/11 as a final request for payment.
I started calling them to have this account settled.
2015/09/16 - Spoke to Candice who promised to follow up, make payment and collect goods.
Spoke to the waiter on numerous accounts, always leaving a message to return my call but to no effect.
Spoke to Conrad personally on two occasions, both time he promised to settle and collect stock.
Due to the nature of our business, it is not always possible to google or research a client before taking in orders, we mostly rely in good faith. In hindsight after googling Mnr Gallagher, I would have never taken on this job, and I have come to the conclusion the they do not intend to collect or pay for this job. A warning to others!
