I have been buying from Youdoor for 10 years and had to pay COD every time before delivery. I bought a Smart Band watch from them last week Thursday which does not work. There is ZERO technical assistance ... everyone is always busy and no one can phone back. I was told that they would deliver a replacement on Monday morning. This never happened, then I was told it was going to be delivered on Monday afternoon. I phoned in at 4.32 pm to be told that the driver will not make it in time. I told them to rather refund and they requested the Smart Band watch to be collected which was done on Tuesday. Apparently the refund was made yesterday and is going to "appear" in my bank account today. Bottom line is the watch was collected on Tuesday and still no refund !!! Now I get told the Accounts Lady is not in the office and "I am not their only customer" ! They make promises that they can't keep.
