Unfair withholding of Deposit

Very poor service from Rumar Rentals/ Pukki verblyf. Refused to pay back deposit after outgoing inspection summary report stated " Nothing to be actioned by the tenant" They provide a invoice of maintanance done on the 8 of Desember 2021 while the outgoing inspection was only done on the 13th of Desember. We took the case to the Small Claims Court in Potchefstroom. There we met the greatest guys Eddie and Andries who assisted us with our case. Needless to say that Pukki verblyf ignored all communications from the court like they ignored all our nails and attempts to communicate. But they knew they gonna get busted and quickly paid back our deposit one day before court summons day....... We already reported them to the House Rental Tribunaal of SA to look into their practice and the long standing habit of withholding deposits. We are confident to say that the House Renting Act is very clear that no deposit can be used for normal wear and tear maintanance....,
