Unfair withholding of Deposit
Very poor service from Rumar Rentals/ Pukki verblyf. Refused to pay back deposit after outgoing inspection summary report stated " Nothing to be actioned by the tenant" They provide a invoice of maintanance done on the 8 of Desember 2021 while the outgoing inspection was only done on the 13th of Desember. We took the case to the Small Claims Court in Potchefstroom. There we met the greatest guys Eddie and Andries who assisted us with our case. Needless to say that Pukki verblyf ignored all communications from the court like they ignored all our nails and attempts to communicate. But they knew they gonna get busted and quickly paid back our deposit one day before court summons day....... We already reported them to the House Rental Tribunaal of SA to look into their practice and the long standing habit of withholding deposits. We are confident to say that the House Renting Act is very clear that no deposit can be used for normal wear and tear maintanance....,

Swak swakker en swakste
Baie slegte diens. Voor jy intrek is daar veronderstel om inspeksie te wees sodat alles reg is. Dag van intrek is die woonstel se sleutel vermis. Woonstel was baie baie baie vuil. Vol kakkerlakke en sif verby. Gordyn reeling is stukkend, kombuis prop is stukkend en pyp lek. Aakligste ervaring ooit. Maintenance vat ń ewigheid. Slegste diens ooit en die kersie op die koek - hulle het nie laasjaar se sleuteldeposito terug betaal nie. Bly weg en spaar jou vrede.

Bad service
It's now changed to Century 21 it's the worse, their agent's and managers are rude. Their services are bad you ask for a simple thing but they won't get it done you have to fight.

Word bedryf deur skurke. Patetiese diens
Patetiese diens en moenie jou deposito terug verwag nie. Hulle wil die eenheid laat oor uitverf na my seun 2 uit 5 maande in die eenheid gebly het. Ons het reeds bewys dat al die "skade" reeds bestaan het voor my seun ingetrek het, maar kan twee maande later steeds nie ons deposito uit hulle kry nie. Niemand antwoord hulle telefone nie. Aardskurke hierdie.

NO for Pukki Verblyf
Worst service ever. One year later and we are still waiting on maintenance to come and fix all the problems. The amount on the summary part of the contract was typed incorrectly, I paid in accordance with it, November I receive a final demand out of the blue as amount paid was incorrect. They held me responsible for the outstanding amount even though they acknowledged it was their typo! I paid it immediately. My son moved out early December and my deposit has not been refunded to this day, in fact they ignore all my emails.

Do not rent through Pukki Verblyf
Dear Parents Stay away from renting from Pukki Verblyf. No compromising - not even 7 days during 2 years of Covid time, A few of our parents would not recommend them or Oudebrug Estate, Rather rent private.

STAY AWAY !! HORRIBLE SERVICE,SCAMMERS
I signed a lease last year , this year January I cancelled my lease but they are refusing to cancel my contract it’s been 8 months and they are billing me and I have never stayed in the room or signed for the keys Don’t sign with them Horrible service they don’t respond or attend to your matter

STAY AWAY!!! This is the most pathetic place to hire form!! Each year they take thousands form potential tenants. I took photo's of how dirty the flat was, how the flat was painted, dirty kitchen, dirty stove, dirty floors and carpets. Everything was filthy!! Yet they charge me for painting a flat that was not painted properly in the first place, I send them photos!! Yet they charged me cleaning fees, after I left the place cleaner as the day I moved in. This is just a scheme to make money out of tenants. PLEASE STAY AWAY, RATHER RENT PRIVATE!!!
