I do not even want to give a one star!! I cancelled my contract with Vodacom on the 8th of May 2025. they send me an sms to confirm to convert to pre-paid with effect of 0107/2025. I still have the proof!! Also said that they need 30 days for cancelation period and will take another premium for June. this contract is about 5 years plus old, I did not upgrade. Therefore the phone was already paid, just paid for minutes, data and sms's per month. It just got more expensive and that is why I cancelled. now they keep on calling me for outstanding amount, I would like to know for what. On the 30th of June they took all my remaining minutes and data, which was paid for on the 1st of June. so actually they owe me for taking what already was paid for!! I would not take on a new contract with vodacom nor tell anyone to do so!! Bad bad service!!
BAD SERVICE. MY HUSBAND WAS AT A DOCTOR IN BLOEMFONTEIN AND HE WORKED THROUGH AMPATH. NEVER RECEIVED ANY ACCOUNT FROM AMPATH, NOT EVEN FROM THE DOCTOR. LAST WEEK I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE DEBIT COLLECTORS TO MY SUPRICE, AMPATH HANDED ME OVER, AFTER I HAVE NEVER RECEIVE AN ACCOUNT OR ANYTHING. MY QUESTION, IF THE DEBIT COLLECTORS CAN PHONE ON MY WORK PHONE, WHY NOT AMPATH? AFTER I CALL, AMPATH DID CONFIRMED MY EMAIL, PHONE NUMBER WAS ALL WRONG, I ASKED WHY CAN DEBIT COLLETORS PHONE TO MY WORK, AMPATH COULD NOT ANSWER. I SEE THEIR RATING IS NOT VERY HIGH, SO I AM SURELY NOT THE ONLY ONE. I WILL NEVER SUGGEST PEOPLE TO MAKE USE OF AMPATH SERVICE!!
We ordered a parcel from Port Elizabeth, couriers pick it up on 24th of May. Parcel scan in at Bloemfontein the 28th of May. Today is the 4th of June no parcel yet!!! Phoned twice promise delivery on the 3rd, send email the 3rd in afternoon, not even reply on email. Phoned now again, now they tell me tomorrow. Lady at Bloem branch not even friendly about it, seems that I am the wrong one to ask when parcel will arrive. Think twice before using Fastway Couriers.
I am really fed up with MTN!! I had a contract in 2017 which I cancelled in September 2017. There were issues with the cancellation, which was sorted out after I reported on Hello Peter, the manager called me and sort it out. Now they start again. wanting payments form me, for what? I phoned in, then they cut me of, I send emails (reply) then after a day or 2 the messages was deleted without reading. Is this a scam or what?
STAY AWAY!!! This is the most pathetic place to hire form!! Each year they take thousands form potential tenants. I took photo's of how dirty the flat was, how the flat was painted, dirty kitchen, dirty stove, dirty floors and carpets. Everything was filthy!! Yet they charge me for painting a flat that was not painted properly in the first place, I send them photos!! Yet they charged me cleaning fees, after I left the place cleaner as the day I moved in. This is just a scheme to make money out of tenants. PLEASE STAY AWAY, RATHER RENT PRIVATE!!!
I had a contract with MTN and cancelled the contract via email because the numbers that I called just don't work. Each time they phoned me in connection with renewing the contract I said I want to cancel, but then they just say they cannot help. They let me pay for BIS for 11 months after changing to a Sony phone. When I told them they choose to ignore me. I cancelled my contract in September last year and now they want me to pay for months after it was cancelled. What can I do to make this stop!?!?!
