Horrible and very disappointed. Me and my family of 4 has been committing to come dine here for a very long time. But everytime something comes up. We came here for our 1st date and loved the variety of food dishes from seafood etc. Yesterday I did a booking to surprise her and we arrived with a great welcome. After eating our starter we said let's get some seafood,prawns etc. It was said no prawns on week days. When I called yesterday and made a booking i specifically asked if there's any limits on prawns the lady told me "It's a buffet sir, you can eat as much". No one communicated that's there's no prawns. Having eaten the calamari sterfry which was extremely strong that I cudnt even finish my plate. I'm very disappointed in the poor communication skills and I hope I get a call from management to resolve this issue.
Twice in a row they have even deducting money from my account without permission after I have canceled the service. Not treating customer fairly and can not solve the issue. Paying other creditors and can't get my money back.have requested to meet with the big boss but always out of Cape Town.what is the real story
