A supplier that is so rude gives threats and then wants to withhold paid orders for a mistake she made. I ordered and paid for my teachers day gift. When I wanted to collect she advised I must come following week as she wants to clean her flat. Then the weekend before collecting I placed another order and stated I would pay wed, would she be able to have order done by the due date. She agreed it would be and payment wed would be fine. Her policy is only starts order when payment made. Then the we'd came and I was going to make payment after work. She sent me a payment reminder but I was so busy and only got back to her after 1. By that time she had sent a rude message saying if I do not pay in 30 Min she cancelling my order. Went back to her advising I was shocked at the way I was been treated by hen she advised that she ordered the stock for my order the Monday already. I advised that she never mentioned to me and that not her policy and then threatens to with hold my paid order and has spoken to advocate. Please not this was still all on the we'd I said I would pay. Advised I would pay after work but she carried on been rude and then blocked me. Made the payment after work and SMSes her and got no reply. My husband then sent a message to her very nice and she got rude back with him saying he not her client and she will release nothing as she talking to her advocate who is advising her how to handle this. He then asked for the advocate details and she blocked him. Then the next day she sent a message saying how dare I get my husband to send her a message. Advised I want to collect my first order that paid for and due to be collected and then second order as per arranged. She sent me a email back saying that I must not be difficult and I can collect Monday both orders. Monday I had to send her a message asking for new address to collect after work. I get a reply saying order will be at security and only till 4pm. I went back asking to advise security that my sister will collect after 5 as we all work. She replied saying no sorry they only work till for and my order will be couriered and I must cover cost. I made arrangements at work to leave early as when my sister called her and advised she works till 5 she got rude and said it's not her problem. My sister then said she has **** customer service and put phone down. Ronel then sent me a very rude email and I was not aware about what happened between her and my sister. When I arrived at the security just after 3 to collect my order, I was advised she came to collect it. Security then struggled to get hold of her but finally went to her flat and got it. I then opened the order to check it in front of security and husband and discovered my teacher day order was scratched and name smidge on the one side and the coach coffee cups I ordered last was wrongly supplied. I asked security to please advise her that I want to show the damaged goods and find out how this Gona be sorted. She never too his calls and then he hasked to take it to her. He came back saying she refuses to talk to me and got rude with him. Also advised by security that she told him I never paid for order which is lies as all was paid. Not long after leaving she sent me a rude message saying I did the damage to the mug myself. Went back advising her I could not have as she did the printing on it and it was opened infront of husband and security. My sister sent her a message as well as these orders are partly hers too and she got rude with her as well and blocked her and my husband. I then emailed her with my complaints and she then unblocked me on WhatsApp sent me very rude messages and then blocked me again. So had over 2 weeks to fix my order as she was holding it hostage and never did or even advised me on it. I paid over R1200 for orders and she is refusing to speak to me to sort the matter out and just keeps the eating me with lawyers and saying her lawyer will not tolerate the way I am. I have damaged goods and wrongly supplied goods which she is not willing to sort out or talk to me about it. I have consumer rights too that are been ignored and on top of that been spoken to like ****, a child and threatened. I have advised I will never use her services again after I have been using her for 2 years. She is unprofessional, attitude and rude. Stay away.
