Received such phenominal service from the sales team and manager on duty, but OMG, the lady at the cashier office displayed NO Empathy and NO apology for debiting my account twice with the amount. When asking her for when the funds will be back into my account... ahe said "i dont know.. I have to wait for proof.. it could take a day as this happened on Saturday and I only got proof on Monday". Some people cannot live with two lumpsums debitted off their account!!!!! Brenda... you need some serious customer service training!!¡!!!! This whole experience left such a bad taste! Doubt i will ever put foot or ever recommend anyone to visit thia place again. She then tells her manager.. you speak to the lady!! Gosh.. a smile or an apology would have sufficed. I have been managing customer experience my whole life and am so disappointed 😞 that this is the service. She even spoke Afrikaans " assuming cause i look coloured" she says " laat ons mekaar lekker verstaan.." i mean wth...
