Just had a bad experience with Bathroom Bizarre - placed and paid for an order and three weeks later, they had “forgotten” to order my tiles! They wanted another three weeks for delivery. Eventually got my money back and visited Tiletoria in Paardeneiland. What a pleasure to deal with them. Coenraad found the tiles I was looking for, ordered them and they arrived two days later. No Problem. What a pleasure! The other company needs to review their service delivery issues.

Has a worst experience with cafe inside Tiletoria Boundry Park today, The lady there when I was angry that a had been waiting for my order for more than an hour went to threaten me that I should never shout at people who make my food and told me to **** off. Yes in those exact words. Well not sure if this is Tiletoria but it is inside tiletoria so i would be very careful to try and buy anything in this cafe

The branch in Paarden Island is an absolute embarrassment for the concept of Customer Service!!!! Pathetic in fact. We’ve walked out twice because of zero service. They don’t return their calls. The reception cuts one off multiple times. Zero feedback on our order!!!!! Just a fat Zero from this Store at every level.

Received such phenominal service from the sales team and manager on duty, but OMG, the lady at the cashier office displayed NO Empathy and NO apology for debiting my account twice with the amount. When asking her for when the funds will be back into my account... ahe said "i dont know.. I have to wait for proof.. it could take a day as this happened on Saturday and I only got proof on Monday". Some people cannot live with two lumpsums debitted off their account!!!!! Brenda... you need some serious customer service training!!¡!!!! This whole experience left such a bad taste! Doubt i will ever put foot or ever recommend anyone to visit thia place again. She then tells her manager.. you speak to the lady!! Gosh.. a smile or an apology would have sufficed. I have been managing customer experience my whole life and am so disappointed 😞 that this is the service. She even spoke Afrikaans " assuming cause i look coloured" she says " laat ons mekaar lekker verstaan.." i mean wth...

Went to collect and the delivery charge wasn't removed. Got to dispatch and decided to take a portion of the material and have the rest delivered because delivery was billed in error. Peter Mashilo asked the dispatch manager Jacob Thekiso when he can deliver and he simpy said "I can't solve it" and sat down. I had to walk all the way back to the showroom as I couldn't drive around due to a yard sale using most of the parking and the rest of the parking being full of cars. Spoke to Lance about the issue and he phone Jacob who all of a sudden was able to assist with a delivery date...remember a few minutes ago he couldn't. Jacob sgould not be customer facing as he definitely don't know how to interact with clients. Worst service ever. 40 minutes later with an empty yard not even 1 item has been loaded. At this ratebit means that a company like yours can only load 12 clients in a day. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

Hi. I purchased all my sanitary ware, taps, and tiles at Tiletoria Paarden Island Cape Town in 2015. All the mixers for the showers bath and sink have a 10 year guarantee against any defects. My taps are now falling apart and the chrome peeling and bubbling. I sent then pictures and numerous e-mails with no response. Even went to the showroom to complain. Still waiting. Been more than a year. Bad business.
