Hi Months and actually years of begging Vodacom to fix our problem and NOTHING!!! They just don’t fix it and in fact most times don’t even bother to reply. They use the same comment repeatedly to waste time and delay but simply achieve nothing. Vodacom are incapable of fixing the fact that our three vodacom cell numbers simply can’t make it receive calls. We receive sms’. We receive WhatsApp’s. But no calls either way. We ask Vodafone and they say it’s a Vodacom problem. I keep begging Vodacom to fix the problem but get absolutely no where. Zero help and resolution. What a disappointing situation Vodacom!! Please fix our problem!!!! Thank you

And now you just close my call because you can’t give me the service and solution I’m paying for!!!!!! YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO FIX MY Problem AND NOT USE MY PROBLEM TO QUIT ON ME AND LEAVE Me HIGH AND DRY!!!!!! HOW CAN YOUR INABILITY BE A Punishment TO ME YOUR PAYING CUSTOMER ????? Hi Please, I’m asking again for help with our numbers. We again are unable to make or receive calls. Same issue as my previous logged complaint. Tried everything but nothing is working. Seems none of our three numbers are working again. Please, please, please, help.
I’m in Australia for 20 months. And trying to get someone at vodacom to help us and nothing!! Just that Tobi that is total waste of time. I’m unable to, suddenly, to call my wife or my daughter’s cell phone numbers. And they can not it seems call out either. I can call a RSA number it looks like but suddenly they cannot make calls??? Why? Can’t get help either from vodacom
A Year down the road and dozens of emails, threats, evidence, proof, begging, pleading, providing tonnes of evidence, and even paying for a licence despite not living in South Africa.............. AND ZERO; NOTHING; TOTALLY IGNORED AND NO RESOLUTION...................
I logged a complaint on 5 Aug and today is 21 Aug & I have still not received resolution/response to my 2 points: 1. The disrespectful response I received from an agent while trying to get help. 2. The alert I received that my Credit Card had been blocked due to *****ulent activity. I receive emails saying that my complaints are being addressed but that is ALL I get back. No response to my points above?? Wow FNB..............?!
I logged a complaint 4/5 days ago and still no resolution communicated to me. Especially around my “blocked” card
I’m currently in Australia. I receive a security alert about a *****ulent transaction. Panic! I follow the messages on the App to resolve. I get a message saying there’s an error. Panic x 2. I call the 08 number 5 times but can’t complete the call. I use the chat on the App & end up with a smart mouth, zero helpful, achieve nothing, zero resolution or help agent. SO THANK YOU FOR ZERO HELP AND RESOLUTION FNB
We’ve been sending “the required documents” since October 2023 so that our license can be cancelled because we out of the country for at least two years. But STILL it’s not cancelled. Then they want to hand us over, but they not doing their job, we’ve been out the country heading for a year, our TV is here in another continent but we cannot get this license cancelled but get threatened with legal action!!!!!!! There’s a word for this ……….
Ignoring customers. ***********. ******ion. Worst experience while exiting the country out of every component.
