Afrihost Whatsapp customer care service (0718835005) is a model that businesses should follow. It is manned by diligent and competent people. My problem was sorted in a jiffy.
Vacation Club. We were members from the beginning of the "Aviary" for about 20 years. I am pleased I did not renew. This is the second time we rented from someone and we had the the same problem. Although the units have been renovated, a foul sewer smell emanating from the drains make it almost impossible to use the bathrooms. The maintenance staff tried several times to alleviate the problem without success. Kudos to the staff for their efforts but zero to management for not attending to the problem in a more fundamental and decisive way. This not the only unit presenting such a problem.
My booking reference 4Y4KK4. 2 delayed flights by several hours plus a cancelled flight out of 4 flights to Europe via Nairobi. Substandard aircraft. Causing missing my corresponding prepaid train journeys and total delays of over 24 hours. Lodged a claim with the airline and no response despite reminders.
Kaching Parking app is an absolute disgrace. I have been trying to remove a credit card from the system and add a new one without success. Both the website and the app have no provision to contact them by any means email and telephone.
app does not provide for removal of credit card and there is possibility of contacting them by any means, no email, no telephone. I have been trying to load a new credit card and there is something wrong with the app
Had a *****ulent transaction on my credit card. Unresolved since July due to very poor service from ABSA. No interest in responding to client's queries both from the "private banker", his supervisors and dispute department.
I think many businesses should learn what REAl Customer Service means. I needed to retrieve an invoice for an appliance purchased a long time ago and could not find it. I emailed Makro customer service in the hope that they would have a track of the transaction. Well within 24 hours I received a phone call and followed by an email with a copy of the invoice. 10/10 to Makro, and in particular Mrs Hlamulo Ngoveni.

I Needed parts for an old shower supplied by them. They went out of their way to find the parts and did not charge.
Bought a Handheld temperature gun (non-contact infrared thermometer) brand: Andowl and it was faulty. Snatcher replaced it and the new unit has the same fault: temperature reading is inaccurate (displays 28 degrees C instead of 36). My order SNT69518. Received an email from customer care agent on 22 April stating they would collect and credit the item. 2 weeks later I am still waiting for Snatcher to collect.
