KaChing blows it
It's one thing for the app to fail to do the job it was designed for, another for the business comms to fail so spectacularly. Repeated messages go unanswered, the help line anything but. A pity such a good idea flops on the back of appalling customer service.

How not to serve customers
I am a user of Kaching parking and recently tried to update my credit card on the app. I was told that my application was being processed and I would be advised in due course, this never happened. Then I emailed Kaching parking customer service twice and on both occasions got no reply. I logged on to my profile on the website and see my credit card is listed 3 times two of which has the word “bad” status. There are also three expired cards which I am unable to delete. Today I spent almost 4 hours searching on Google for someway to contact Kaching parking. I tried investors, property companies, ex CEO on LinkedIn etc. This has been the most intensely frustrating attempt to contact someone for service. I eventually tried phoning Servest and on both occasions got cut off. I still don’t know whether my vehicle will be admitted to one of your properties. Is Kaching parking still in business?

Kaching Parking app is an absolute disgrace. I have been trying to remove a credit card from the system and add a new one without success. Both the website and the app have no provision to contact them by any means email and telephone.
