I am a user of Kaching parking and recently tried to update my credit card on the app. I was told that my application was being processed and I would be advised in due course, this never happened. Then I emailed Kaching parking customer service twice and on both occasions got no reply. I logged on to my profile on the website and see my credit card is listed 3 times two of which has the word “bad” status. There are also three expired cards which I am unable to delete. Today I spent almost 4 hours searching on Google for someway to contact Kaching parking. I tried investors, property companies, ex CEO on LinkedIn etc. This has been the most intensely frustrating attempt to contact someone for service. I eventually tried phoning Servest and on both occasions got cut off. I still don’t know whether my vehicle will be admitted to one of your properties. Is Kaching parking still in business?
