app does not provide for removal of credit card and there is possibility of contacting them by any means, no email, no telephone. I have been trying to load a new credit card and there is something wrong with the app

I didn’t know Netcare doctors parking Sturdee Rd Rosebank is a Kaching client. The boom certainly didn’t open automatically. I took a card when I arrived and paid for parking. When I left I struggled to have the boom gate open using the paid card and had to call for assistance. Kaching charged R6 parking and has not replied to my emails for a refund.

Every since I went to the Mall of Africa, my credit card continues to be debited despite the fact that I haven't parked there. No response from support yet.

I logged a support query with Kaching as I was double billed. (on the 25th of August). I received an automated response confirming that a ticket has been logged with them. To date, after countless follow up's I have yet to receive a response. There is no other way to contact them other than via the support email addresss

Never met a more useless company in terms of customer service who provides a support email address to the public / clientele to allow customers to ask queries, and simply fails to respond to the customer! I have waited more than 2 weeks for a response to my query. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. 0 stars.

KaChing has been debiting my account even after I have uninstalled the app - normally R10 or R15 at a time... These debits normally happen AFTER I have paid for my parking at a machine BECAUSE THE APP NEVER WORKS when I get to the boom gate. Today another debit went off after my FIANCE left Mall of Africa (I am at work in Sandton and cannot possibly be in 2 places at once) which means that Kaching has STOLEN money from ME. I want this VIRUS APP REMOVED FROM MY PHONE and disassociated from my email address IMMEDIATELY because it seems you do not need to have your device with you for these thieves to steal money from you - only one with your email address on it. If the developers can please contact me, I would appreciate it.

I used this app successfully for about 2 months. Since then it keeps saying there is a problem with my account. They have fixed it 3 times so far. It still keeps breaking all by itself. Nothing changes on my side, not the vehicle or the payment type or card details. 5 time now I have emailed support to "fix" my account. Now they are just ignoring their own direct support email address... Terrible service. I'm very disappointed...
