Bluehills store Ordered 2 pizzas at 18:39 Delivery arrives at 19:55 with only 1 pizza - driver knows nothing and cannot help me. I call the store, they are very sorry and will send the pizze immediately. They call me back in 7 mins to say it is on its way. (20:02) At 20:27 I loose my patience and cancel the remaining pizza and ask for a refund. Bluehills store is literally 4.3km (8 mins) from my house...
About a month ago I had them come out to assess a leak in my roof. They came almost the next day. They quoted me for certain repairs, and I gave them the go ahead. I paid the 50% deposit and they did the "repairs". The next day after the work was complete we had a storm and the roof leaked in the exact same spot. I sent them photos and they came out to "fix" it again. I was then asked for payment of the remaining amount. I asked what happened if it still leaked, as you can only tell when we have a big storm. They said if there were any further problems they would attend to them immediately. on good faith I paid the remaining 50%. 8 days ago (Monday 25th) it rained again, and I still have the leak in exactly the same spot. I email them with photos and asked when they could attend to the problem. No answer the whole of that day. Next morning I got hold of a support call desk person on their live chat facility, and he said they would call me the next day... Wed. Nothing for the whole day... That afternoon I escalated and their customer services manager said she would handle it. Still nothing until Friday, when the actual technician called me to say he was coming to my place. Then late that afternoon he cancelled and wanted to reschedule for Sunday !!! I declined and said Monday, to which he agreed. Nobody arrive on Monday, I escalated again, same story... someone will call me and arrive on Tuesday... Nothing today but they are coming tomorrow.... This is from the technician right past the services manager to the plant manager... theoretically.
I used this app successfully for about 2 months. Since then it keeps saying there is a problem with my account. They have fixed it 3 times so far. It still keeps breaking all by itself. Nothing changes on my side, not the vehicle or the payment type or card details. 5 time now I have emailed support to "fix" my account. Now they are just ignoring their own direct support email address... Terrible service. I'm very disappointed...
