Last week I tested my device I wear around my neck. MediResponse called me but they could not locate me. They promised to contact me the following week. A week later they have not. I tested today and the device doesn't connect to them at all. Again they said they would notify the correct department. This is a security device and it doesn't help if their office can't receive my location
I registered my rescue Pekenese with Dotsure ten days before my 1st appointment with eye clinic. Because I knew of the 30 day waiting period, didn’t submit the account. 6 months later I submitted the next eye account and they are refusing to pay for any eye appointments going forward because the diagnosis was made before 30 days after joining Dotsure 6 months ago. Pekenese are known for eye problems.
Dotsure is so efficient especially with their new WhatsApp service to make claims. Thank you Dotsure.
Admyt did not process a payment which meant I was in R11 in arrears. The website and the app would not allow me to top it up manually. Eventually the problem sorted itself out. I have emailed several times to ask what to do if it happens again and they keep copying & pasting that the arrears were cleared and next time to top up manually, ignoring my repeated report that the system WOULD NOT ALLOW A TOP-UP. When I joined Admyt years ago, we had access via a phone call to clear problems. There is no longer personal service when a customer has a problem.
Always great service from Dotsure. An email to tell me they have received my claim. A phone call to discuss the outcome. And the fastest payment - often the next day even. Thank you thank you Dotsure
I bought a new bed from Bed King Illovo and was blown away by the service. Firstly the computerized analysis of my support and comfort need. Then they allowed me to lie on a bed for two hours. The first night I received my new bed I slept through the night for the first time in months. And my backache disappeared. Thank you Bed King and Bobby. Karen M Sandton
I can’t book an appointment directly with a Bosch call centre. I have to wait for a technician to call me and if I’m unable to receive calls when a technician calls, no appointment can be made. I will not be buying Bosch any more. My dishwasher under guarantee does not clean properly and I have tried for some six weeks to get it repaired. I had contacted a a Bosch technician who helped me in the past, but he doesn’t take my calls or respond to my messages because he hasn’t been able to successfully repair my appliances. He had replaced one spray arm but the machine still doesn’t clean well. The cups have ring stains and the cutlery is often dirty. The tumble dryer often stops before the washing has dried. It has been cleaned of fluff by a Bosch technician, the same technician who can’t fix the dishwasher, but the machine is still faulty. There is no way to repair under guarantee unless one is able to keep one’s phone on all the time to take a call from a technician. bsh@iopen.co.za

Shorlty after I received my latest Namola panic device, i complained that it didn't charge properly and almost never shows my correct position when I have tested. It usually gives a position I was at 24 or even 48 hours earlier. The call centre keeps escalating to the service department but I very rarely get a response. Yesterday I was assured somebody would contact me. Still nobody has phoned. In an emergency they will not know how to reach me in a situation where I am unable to verbally tell them where I am. I need them to supply me with a new device first and then arrange to collect the faulty one. But that doesn't seem to be happening.
I would give Bryanston Veterinary Hospital ten stars if it were possible. Dr Chad has been so compassionate and so efficient. The staff at the front desk are jovial and helpful and the few vets I’ve seen are also so eager to help
