KaChing has been debiting my account even after I have uninstalled the app - normally R10 or R15 at a time... These debits normally happen AFTER I have paid for my parking at a machine BECAUSE THE APP NEVER WORKS when I get to the boom gate. Today another debit went off after my FIANCE left Mall of Africa (I am at work in Sandton and cannot possibly be in 2 places at once) which means that Kaching has STOLEN money from ME. I want this VIRUS APP REMOVED FROM MY PHONE and disassociated from my email address IMMEDIATELY because it seems you do not need to have your device with you for these thieves to steal money from you - only one with your email address on it. If the developers can please contact me, I would appreciate it.
Last night I had a terrible experience with a call centre agent. All I wanted was a QUOTE. To give you some background, I am a 22 year old woman in the PROCESS of buying a car. I want to get quotes from various insurers to make sure I get the best possible deal (Obviously). So I get a call from woman by the name of Tersia. I give her my details and tell her some of my personal information so she can tell me a quote. She seemed like a decent person. Then I notice some things that are VERY unprofessional: 1. She blatantly bad-mouths other insurers. 2. She says I must NOT go through a broker. 3. She refuses to send me a quote via email as another insurer has kindly done for me. 4. (this is the best one) SHE THREATENS ME AND TELLS ME IF I "JUMP AROUND LOOKING FOR INSURERS" I AM GOING TO HAVE A POOR ITC SCORE. Now as a 22 year old who knows little-to-nothing about the real world, I told her the process is making me very anxious and I don't want to commit to something because I don't even have the car yet. She then tells me some nonsense about building my credit history with them and all sorts and again tells me if I look for other insurers I am going to have a poor ITC score. I was terrified so I caved and gave her my account details. I immediately regreted it. Now Hindsight is 2020. I should have just cut the call but what is done is done. Now I have an insurance policy for a car I HAVEN'T EVEN BOUGHT YET. 5. I received an email from them to confirm my email address and I find that Tersia's name is not even Tersia. It is ZIPHO KHUZWAYO. WHICH MEANS SHE LIED ABOUT WHO SHE IS. My fiance and I called them back and made sure that they will cancel ANY policy that I have been signed up for but I have heard nothing back. Tersia or Zipho (Depending on her personality at the time I suppose) has put me off from Outsurance for life. This whole experience makes me want to never deal with a call center ever again just so that I never have to deal with a woman like her again. I was bullied and intimidated into taking out a policy when all I wanted was a quote. I hope that no other young women get bullied by this Tersia/Zipho woman. Outsurance, if you read this, DO NOT CALL ME EVER AGAIN. Please EMAIL me to confirm that the policy has been cancelled but DO NOT CALL ME.
This company is the absolute WORST. My fiance and I had a small incident involving a rock hitting the underside of the car on the 22nd of December 2018 on our way from PE to JHB. This happened just before Colesburg. The rock damaged the steering rack which lead to the car being un-drivable. The car was taken to Bloemfontein to be repaired because there were no places in Colesberg to repair the car. We were offered a measly R500 for a rental car EVEN THOUGH THERE WERE NO RENTALS IN COLESBERG or we could take a bus all the way back to JHB (with ALL our luggage??? NO WAYS) Anyway, long story short, the car is STILL in Bloemfontein and was supposed to be fixed by the 11th of February. We have now been informed that it will b ready on the 20th of February. We will then have to travel from JHB to Bloem to fetch the car and drive it back because it seems King Price will not bring the car to JHB. King Price has been the worst company to deal with. How difficult can it be to source parts for a VW Jetta???? We were not even offered any kind of courtesy car or help to pay for my transport which is costing around R150 a day just to get to work and back. R150 x 22 is R3300 - which is what I have spent so far on Uber fees. I might as well buy another car because it will still be less of a pain than to deal with King Price's nonsense.
I bought a Lunch Box meal from KFC in Albany Road, Port Elizabeth and was disgusted by the contents inside it... My chicken was soggy and looked as if it had been sitting in a puddle of water for a while. My burger was just as gross. The bun was soggy & wet, and my lettuce was brown and old. I am so disappointed because normally KFC brings a smile to my face.
Had such a great experience with Dezigner Prints. Their turn around time for vinyl car decals was less than 24 hours - and this was just before Christmas. It is so refreshing to have such a great experience with friendly people.
Had a lovely experience with Kerry from the call centre. She was very friendly and extremely helpful and efficient. No messing around and got straight to the point.
