I logged a support query with Kaching as I was double billed. (on the 25th of August). I received an automated response confirming that a ticket has been logged with them. To date, after countless follow up's I have yet to receive a response. There is no other way to contact them other than via the support email addresss
I was subscribed to MTN Gamer+ without my permission. I was then billed for two days consecutively. When I contacted MTN, the subscription was cancelled, but I want a refund for the monies taken. I have been passed on from one call centre to another. This is unacceptable and disgusting service from MTN.
I opened an account with FNB over the phone roughly 2 months ago. On receipt of my gold card via a courier I provided t he courier with my FICA documents as instructed. Subsequent to that, I received an sms stating that my FICA documents were outstanding. When calling the call centre, I confirmed that my account has been registered with FICA. A week later, I received an SMS stating that my documents are outstanding again. This time I was told by the consultant that my documents were outstanding. I requested for follow up with the courier, which to date I have still not received. My account has now been frozen due to FNB's fault. My personal documents given to the courier are now missing, while I have received no follow up. I have emailed new FICA documents two days ago, and after calling 3 times still no follow up. My salary will be paid into what is now a frozen account due to the absolutely terrible service and follow up by numerous FNB employees. <br> I have been told numerous times that I will receive follow up calls which were not done. After following up twice in one day, the call centre number is now engaged.
I had an issue regarding a payment made on my account which should have bounced as it was made to an account which closed. <br> I called the call centre and was greeted by Paballo who ensured that the transaction did not go through and sent through a statement as proof. <br> I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing service received!<br>
