I went to KFC at Polokwane Mall of the north. I got the baddest service of my life. The lady at the drive Thru tapped my card twice and didn't tell me. On my way after I collected my order I realized I was charged R204.90 x2 and decided to make a U-turn. I was told to wait for 72 hours to be refunded, I spoke to the supervisor by the name of Julia who said I must wait for 72 hours or wait at the drive Thru for 72 hours. I waited from 11h32 at the drive Thru and opted to block the drive through which was not a good idea considering the other innocent customers. They had to close the drive through until a certain white male who came to me and said why would I cry for only R200 while driving a big car, He said I am not the only customer and KFC will continue without me. He told me to F*#+. OFF from his shop and my Black mentality of toyi toying. My name is Ledisa Matli, my contact is 0724025778. I am having a saddest day of my life because of KFC.
