I went to KFC at Polokwane Mall of the north. I got the baddest service of my life. The lady at the drive Thru tapped my card twice and didn't tell me. On my way after I collected my order I realized I was charged R204.90 x2 and decided to make a U-turn. I was told to wait for 72 hours to be refunded, I spoke to the supervisor by the name of Julia who said I must wait for 72 hours or wait at the drive Thru for 72 hours. I waited from 11h32 at the drive Thru and opted to block the drive through which was not a good idea considering the other innocent customers. They had to close the drive through until a certain white male who came to me and said why would I cry for only R200 while driving a big car, He said I am not the only customer and KFC will continue without me. He told me to F*#+. OFF from his shop and my Black mentality of toyi toying. My name is Ledisa Matli, my contact is 0724025778. I am having a saddest day of my life because of KFC.

Mall security is fails to provide me with his name after tell me that he wants to me to pay a fee because I drove out with a friend car and left my car to pick up something at savannah.i explained that I came in the morning had breakfast a cappuccino and went out with a different car and we were coming back to buy food at the mall.he say no we should have taken both car because now he want to clamp my wheel for leaving the car at the mall.i was arranged and I asked where is the sing says you can drive out of the mall or get out of the Mall leave you car even if you are coming back to eat at the mall he then say the car guard lady has a problem with the car being parked the.so as a costumer I can get out of the mall and leave my car even if it's to to get something and come back to buy or eat money making scams when they see a different number from other Provence

I've had the most terrible experience with Mall of the North on Saturday the 14th, I went there to drop my niece and get a few things immediately when I got out of the Checkers liquor store after purchasing a drink, just next to Clicks I slipped from a spilled puddle of juice(no wet floor sign) and my bottle hit the ground and broke and I slipped, approached the mall center I was welcomed by an untrained unsympathetic lady who failed to even apologize for the event and told me there's nothing the mall can do, I requested to speak to othe manager she then advised me to go to the control room where there was no manager on site just security guys who took my details and apologized for my accident and asked if I'm okay as they already saw it on footage and promised to get the manager to contact me, until to date I haven't heard from them, I then called in the mall again today the same rude woman (Diana dhimjee) told me that the manager ( Sumari derider) is aware of the incident was waiting for me to come so that I can explain what happened, meaning no further investigation was done and she never bothered to invite me in or call to get further information or check the cctv. She further gave me an email address to call with no remorse or being apologetic about not contacting me.
