I an furious and done my money and energy calling this company for their incompetence. I had a debit order which was running smoothly until they decided to debit on the 29th and 7th after receiving the money on the 29th, i requested to cancel the d/o so i can pay manually which was agreed upon with Matshiliso but they debited again on the 7th the following month i called for my refund of the charged fee for returned d/o after payment sent the statement still nothing. This month i paid on the 28th and they debited again on the 30th. At this point im going to stop paying and close my bank account until they refund my 2 R130 returned debit order fees. Will never ever buy from these people on credit ever
I have requested for a payment relief for my VAF and was declined twice even after telling them im financially constrained for the next two months due to an unforeseen contribution i have to towards a family event. But they said they only allow if you have to settle a medical bill, i have emphasised that i will not have funds towards my car payment so they prefer us being in arrears than helping or arranging in advance. I know Banks that are able to assist in such circumstances unfortunately i went with the wrong one.
I called customer service if theyll be able to serve me if i got there just before they closws they said yes as long as im in the yard the will, i drove 20km to the store hot there at 15:54 but was turned away by an ugly rude Indian woman, she asked why I would come at that time, cashiers are cashing up as if its her mothers shop, she left abd drove off before 4pm which was the closing time, that was very unprofessional and unpleasant, i work with customers everyday and know it’s wrong to turn a customer away especially before the stipulated closing time. I hope the owner holds her accountable its people like her who destroy good companies

A consultant hung up on me, I was helped by a guy in the cancellation department who was kind enough to process my cancellation he after transferred me to the account enquiry department and a lady answered asked for my number when I was giving it to her she wasn’t responding or acknowledging that she could here me so when I asked why she wasn’t responding to confirm that she got it and asked for her name so I could address her with it she kept quiet and hung up on me. My main issue with vodacom is not only the consultant’s rude response but also the handling of our accounts, I had two contracts with them for a cellphone and a laptop with router so I defaulted for three months and then paid Up the arrears in cash as they demanded, but my terms was extended by 7 months and never put it back even after the arrears settlement, this is scamming people and has ruined my relationship with them plus the network is problematic from being the best leading network to ****. I want to understand why my term was extended and what was the money for if I paid the arrears amount. And why they continue taking the full amount after your term is finished meaning you’re done paying for the hand set and only getting benefits which means they are supposed to adjust the amount after the 24months to only paying for the benefits as you are only supposed to pay for benefits
I've been trying to cancel my contract for over 10 days I've been calling without getting any assistance, today was worse as consults keeps hanging up, first was a last who pushed time by asking me many questions as her system was slow then Andile who claimed my line was bad, poor signal due to vodacoms poor reception.... I need the telephone contract canceled but my insurance kept.
I've had the most terrible experience with Mall of the North on Saturday the 14th, I went there to drop my niece and get a few things immediately when I got out of the Checkers liquor store after purchasing a drink, just next to Clicks I slipped from a spilled puddle of juice(no wet floor sign) and my bottle hit the ground and broke and I slipped, approached the mall center I was welcomed by an untrained unsympathetic lady who failed to even apologize for the event and told me there's nothing the mall can do, I requested to speak to othe manager she then advised me to go to the control room where there was no manager on site just security guys who took my details and apologized for my accident and asked if I'm okay as they already saw it on footage and promised to get the manager to contact me, until to date I haven't heard from them, I then called in the mall again today the same rude woman (Diana dhimjee) told me that the manager ( Sumari derider) is aware of the incident was waiting for me to come so that I can explain what happened, meaning no further investigation was done and she never bothered to invite me in or call to get further information or check the cctv. She further gave me an email address to call with no remorse or being apologetic about not contacting me.
I’ve been recording my voicemail greetings and enabling it on 121 but still goes to subscriber not available when off, reported at the vodacom client care more than three times to ask for assistance they insist they have fixed this it but still does the same thing, and again upgraded a few months ago i paid before collecting the phone they gave me the installment to pay but they deducted a different larger amount as agreed without informing what it was for also didn’t get an explanation from client care as the agent said it was for upgrading i told her I already paid at the store this was the 1st time happening and im upgrading for the 2nd time now. I am definitely not happy with the service
They don't have visitors toilets, I was here accompanied a friend who is their client to change I was denied an entry to go relieve myself as I was pressed and was gonna wait for a bit but because I am not a client they refused...
