Bad customer service

My car was stolen about 5 months ago and I have been with idialdirect for more than 10 years. Now they don't want to pay as per our agreement in case of car theft. The respond I'm getting my claim is still being reviewed it has been more than 5 months. I'm struggling I don't have transport to go to work
