Hi there, I have reached out to you guys, Bravo brands and the store that I have purchased from. To date I have not received a response from anyone. I bought a slumberland Springfield mattress and base set in April last year, after 6 months it started making a creaking noise. I don't know if the creak is from the mattress or base, but it is too new to be making noise. I spent a lot of money and would expect far better quality. Please advise on what to do next. Useless! You're fibre line is more offline than it is online. You guys make us pay for an inconsistent fibre line.
