Extremely bad service. The owner will shout at you if he is in a bad mood. Staff will absolutely disregard you.
Extremely rude owner. Shouts at customers. Staff service in general is bad. It gives the snobby appearance that staff think they are above the customers. This obviously stems from the owner.
Terrible customer service, which I found out after I complained that my order was four days late. All I got was a response email asking to rate the service. Never using again. Not 1 star because the goods were not lost or damaged.
Absolutely horrid customer service. I had my first review removed for some reason, which is a bad sign, so I am reuploading. I ordered some presents for two friends' birthdays and was guaranteed delivery well before their birthdays. When delivery was a week late and I had no replies via email I started phoning and then eventually commenting on Instagram posts. My comments were deleted and I was ignored until I had to threaten to take legal action, upon when my order was fulfilled.
Extremely disappointed and offended by the atrocious service. The Dark Comic claims on their front webpage: "Customer service is an a way of life with us, need to ask a question? Ask away!! Need something special? Pop us a mail and let's bring it to life!!" My order had surpassed the maximum waiting time, which was understandable to an extent, maybe they had a high load or something, so I sent emails, which were ignored, then sent WhatsApp and Facebook messages which were still read and ignored. I was offended as a South African even. To have my questions read and ignored by a company I had employed was very upsetting, and I would not recommend this to anyone.
