Is this a Mickey Mouse institution? So in today’s Managerial economics MBA webinar the lecturer announced that he is going to change the case study. We had started with the case study and some had alert completed it. The case study is due on the 8th of April and it will be changed less than one month away?? Why have we not received emails about this-not everyone can attend the webinar!!! Do you want us to submit work for the sake of submitting or do you want us to work diligently? We are working professionals and we plan our time. This is unacceptable!!!
It is good to give recognition where it is due. I struggled with my student advisor last year and request a new one and I couldn’t be happier with her. She responds to emails relatively quickly, she helpful and patient. I registered with ease and have already received my books and I live overseas. Thank you Sanelisiwe Jali. Ps. Mancosa should give out a survey for student advisors. So many people are complaining in our WhatsApp group. This is honestly unacceptable.
Why have some students received their graduation invites and some have not?? I stay outside of the country and need to input my leave for May and book my flights!! And don’t move me to the October graduation. If I wanted to graduate in October I would’ve started studying in July!!! Can you maintain uniformity for all students? We have a WhatsApp group and so many of us have not received graduation invite emails!!!!
Do NOT HIRE FROM THEM!!! It is more than 14 days after I returned the car and I still have not received my refund. Spoke to 4 agents today- 1 said he’ll write an email and cc me. Another said she can’t cc me but someone will call me (no one did), one dropped my call and the last one wrote an email and ccd me. When no 4 checked my file he saw that there was an email (sent internally) asking to verify my card details!! Why did I fill in a form if that question is still going to be asked? Why is it not being directed to me? Also can agents cc or not because one did! I’m now about to leave the country and could not use the money as I intended. Also there is no communication from SANI on refunds and we have to chase them when they put the 14 day period which they do Not honour!! I see so many complaints about the same thing and my worry is i have another car which I returned on the 29th of December and I am going overseas so it will be difficult and expensive to call them to ask about my money!!! Yhoooo save yourself the headache!!! I used them before with no issues but now it’s just too much! Would revolted Tempest rather!!!
I have asked for a new student advisor because mine is not responding and i want to apply for the mba. Mancosa responded on this platform that someone will be in touch but it’s been over a month waiting. I am tired of Nthabeleng. Send me someone else. Student advisors should be friendly and patient. Get me someone else!!!
Asked for a nee student coordinator and was told someone would be in contact with me. It has been over a week. You are as useless as your student coordinators!!
Can I please have a new student coordinator? It’s honestly not working with the one I have.
We are not happy with the stoles. There have been numerous students on tiktok voicing their dissatisfaction with the stoles, the same in our WhatsApp groups. It’s giving HBCU!!! Can you send out a survey to get the voice of the students? Graduation is the only thing keeping us going because we are going through a lot. The markers give the EXACT same feedback to multiple students. How? Others got comments about “calculations” yet there were no calculations in the paper, meaning they mark multiple subjects at the same time. There’s a lot and we are tired! We share comments in the WhatsApp group so this is not hearsay!! The least that you can do is to bring back the hoods!!
Do not waste money on student advisors!!! They are unhelpful, rude and mine does not even respond to emails yet she was very friendly when I was registering. We have a WhatsApp group and everyone is complaining of the same. And the markers??? People get copy and paste the SAME COMMENTS. How when they did not write the same thing? Then they get the same marks. Rather get AI to mark us because it is madness!!
I am so tired of this institution! I paid for exam remarks and there were not marked. Upon enquiry I was told that the remark marks were less and I said why are they not the new marks then? You cannot give me the higher results if they are incorrect as you said!! Where’s the integrity?? I would rather have less marks that are honest than ill gotten marks! I paid for a remark and I must get it! Are you trying to tell me ALL 3 papers had less marks than the exams? Don’t play with me MANCOSA. I paid for those remarks. Oh and they are not helpful on email. What a horrible institution! Would honestly not recommend!!!
