NOT TO BE TRUSTED
Absolutely shocking service. I ordered a Stand up Paddle Board on the Black Friday special - 24 November as a Christmas gift for my kids. I could track my delivery online. I called various people, spoke to countless people who made empty promises. I was on my way to the Skynet warehouse to try go locate my missing board, to be told it has been delivered to an incorrect address. I offered to go the incorrect address and collect it, only to be told, they don't know what the incorrect address is. After 4 weeks of trying desperately to get my parcel delivered, I asked if I could arrange my own courier, at my own additional expense to go the factory in PE and collect a replacement board only to be told, sorry we don't allow collections anymore. As the customer, I was trying everything to get MY parcel delivered only to be blocked at every turn. Eventually, the warehouse manager gave the ok, and when the courier company arrived to pick up the replacement board they couldn't find it! After much frustration, daily, hourly calls, I managed to get the parcel collected and delivered. Never again.

SCAM!!!
Do not order anything - this is a scam. Goods never arrived. Website no longer exists. It was an official ad on Instagram. So very frustrating!!!
