This company will ask for deposit, 1st month rental and still debit rental in the same month? You ask for for a reversal and nobody ever assists you! How do I pay x3 the amount agreed upon? You keep chasing and your emails get responded days later…. It’s unacceptable and has left a bad taste in my mouth, I’m never renewing my contract with them because as a 1st time customer they proved to have zero customer excellence! The lady who was meant to help is Lavaina Naicker, terrible customer experience.
Horrible! You pay for food that you don’t even get. They failed me 3 times. Don’t recommend. They ignore you for days after making payment.
