Utterly bad service or a courier company
Our company director asked me to assist in ordering presents for his 2 boys as Christmas gifts. I bought it over the internet on the 1st of December. It was picked up by courier company on the 19th of December already. On the 22nd it showed that it was out for delivery from the Paarl hub @4am. At 8h35am it showed that it was taken back to the hub. No one called me and most definitely no one was at my work to deliver (at the designated drop off adres). I got the feeling that the driver just did not want to drive out the 90km to my town to drop my parcel off as it was Christmas weekend and he/she just wanted to go home early. It is the 27th already and I have yet not heard anything from The Courier Guy as I have mailed them multiple times from the 22nd. What was supposed to be Christmas gifts seems now to be new years gifts for his boys. Utterly disappointed as this has happened to me and also a few people I know in the past.

Vullis
Ek werk vir n groot familie winkel wat vir talle mense in die dorp diens lewer. Ons betaal om 3maal per week deur die vullis verweidering gehelp te word op maandae woensdae en vrydae. Die laaste tyd word ons slegs 1 maal per week gehelp. Ons werk met kos en higiene en dis n gesondheids risiko as al 50 ons vullis dromme met die wiele propvol vullis sakke is en boonop nog n magdom sakke bo op moet gooi. Ek bel gereeld die persoon in beheer van die vullis afdeling en beloftes word net gemaak dat hy nou n trok sal stuur en dan kom daar geen trok nie. Dit raak somer so dit lok vliee ook nog wat n groter hiegiene probleem gaan skep. My volgende stap sal ek maar al my fotos as bewyse en oproepe na munisipaleit vir die gesondheids inspekteur moet wys. Dis uiters swak diens. Ek verstaan as vullis trokke breek en daar n tekort is, maar ons bly betaal vir 3keer se optel n week. En om net 1 keer n week gehelp te word is onaanvaarbaar. Die groot maatskappye dra by vir n groot finansiele hupstoot by baie projekte in gemeenskap en werk met baie vullis. Sekerlik moet hulle tot verplig word om voorkeur te geniet by sulke goed.
