It's been 5 days with out internet and they are refusing to even answer me back. I find it extremely interesting that they have so many email addresses and telephone numbers but there's no answer on any of them. Another interesting point is that they contacted me with a survey about how likely is it that I will recommend them and I said not likely at all because frankly their service sucks. Shortly after that me internet went down and they are ghosting me when I reach out about getting it back up. It's also bothering that I received an bill for March in the middle of February long before the February bill was due saying I didn't pay February and that my account isn't up to date but if I look it up at the user portal thingy they have it shows I'm up to date with everything.
They are so disrespectful. They send me an email saying that ABSA has officially handed me over. Not great but okay fine. The problem is I have two rapture eardrums meaning I have a significant amount of hearing loss. I can not hear I'm as close to deaf as a hearing person can get. It should correct it self when my eardrums are healed which can take about 3 months and if not I will need surgery. I explained this to them and that I don't have permanent employment at the moment in two different emails already. Did not receive an reply to either. Yet they keep on calling me I don't answer because what would be the point I wouldn't be able to hear them any way. I ended up blocking them but calls only. Yesterday I received an nasty sms that promised legal action if I don't call them. I just want to know how they expect me to do that if I can't hear them. Maybe they should just read their emails. I haven't even communicated with them about the debt yet and I'm so tired of them already. Why can't they just read their emails and communicate that way? It's not that hard and then we both have records of what was said. I want to sort out this mess but how if they refuse to communicate through emails which is the only way I can at the moment.
I bought a Honda Jazz 2010 from Weelee about 2 weeks ago. It was a wonderful experience and the Salesmen Corne went above and beyond. When my first choice was sold Corne found the Jazz for me. Even if the car wasn't my first choice I'm totally in love with it.
On the 23 Sep I placed a order for stuff I needed. I received the wrong order after waiting hours. I called, emailed and even left a message on their Facebook messenger. I only got hold of them on Saturday. They said they will send someone to pick up the wrong order and send my correct order. Because I wasn't at home until the afternoon I asked them to please send their delivery person then. I haven't heard from them again but because I watched the app the next day I noticed a delivery will be made around 12:00. 12 Came and went no delivery person so I checked again only to see they moved the time on a half an hour later. They kept on adjusting the time someone finally arrived around 14:30-15:00. I asked the person where is my order they just said they know nothing and was only instructed to pick-up the wrong order. I tried contacting asap again but haven't heard anything yet. I'm also ashamed to say at this point I might have become mean, ugly and a b@$#%. The only reason I have for that is this is the second time this happened to me but the first time they delivered in a timely manner picked the wrong order up just as quickly and I got the correct order. So that shows they can fix their problems why can't they do it this time.
