DOMESTICSA SCAM
I paid my registration fee and was ensured that I would receive regular updates. I have not had feedback since. My phone calls and my mails aren't being answered. SCAMSTERS!!

Accelerit: USELESS
What they say: We do everything we can to ensure a smooth and seamless experience for you on our platforms. What they deliver: NOTHING!!Poor unsatisfactory product and empty promises whilst taking my money!! I would not recommend Accelerit at all. We have had absolute shocking service. The modem which was supplied is faulty. After numerous attempts telephonically the customer service consultants said they didn't know what was wrong and we were requested to return the unit, AT OUR OWN COST. No replacement was offered in the interim. The download speed is ± 2 - 5 Mbps during the evenings where they guarantee 20Mbs in their adds. WORST SERVICE EVER AND NO PRODUCT SATISFACTION. STAY AWAY
