Duplicated Loan Account Details on Credit Bureau After Loan was Paid up in FULL!

I had the exact same problem. I opened one account with them and paid the loan up in full in DECEMBER 2021. They duplicated my loan account details closed one account and left the duplicated loan open. To date 28 September 2022, it is almost 10 months later and they have not removed the duplicated account. I get the run around:.. told they’re submitted updates to the credit bureau and I should wait 21 days. 21 days pass and the information is still reflected on my account so I then send emails to ULOANS to query. They tell me they submitted to the credit bureau and I should wait 21 days. This pattern continues for TEN MONTHS!!!!!!! My credit profile still has the ULOANS account when I owe them NOTHING. A fully paid up loan for almost a year!!!
