Mtn sales agents snd every department agents do not know how to do their work... i had taken a contract for the home wifi uncapped and paid pro rata for the last week of june and the whole mnth of july... i only received my router in the second wewk of july and still had to struggle to get the sim card registered. Then this wifi promo offers 3 months disney plus free and none of the agents can assist me in activating the disney plus... they keep putting me through to different departments and the sales department never answer their calls. They are pathetic and rude

VERY DISSAPPOINTED
this company are cheats, their sales agents are liars, they called me and made promises to handle my debt, and made me sign up for R89 per month, and none of my debt has been resolved. when i call them they do not reply to calls, or emails. i called in and cancelled the subscription but they still debited my account. I am very unhappy with them, DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY.
