I love Audi ne I never thought this would happen to me but what can I say. I took in my Audi A4 for repairs on the 23/09/2022 and Warren said to me he would need the car for 3 days. Tuesday 27th he said it would be released on Wednesday 28th as they have to return a part as it was deformed. Thursday 29th around 13h00 I called in to follow up what was happening guess what Warren was not at work and someone else was given his cars a lady named Lerato, I spoke to her to check my car for me and she said she'll get back to me 2 hours later I called in again to find out what was status she said they can't find the papers and who's going to pay for the repairs on the car of which I have a warranty that is covering the repairs and service all of a sudden papers can't be found and misplaced of which they happen to be with the branch manager Gerret. What made me angry is that I'm explaining my situation of how much I need the car and Lerato laughed at my situation telling me there's nothing she can do all she can do is to follow up and she'll give feedback then I requested to speak to the branch manager about my situation and that her service consultant she's laughing on my situation whereas I'm in need of my car that they said they'll give back in three (3) days now 5 days. I'm so disappointed on how my case handled. I didn't believe it till it happened to me that they service is just bad I had to beg for feedback they receptionists they just say they'll pass the message of which you'll end up calling and calling asking for feedback and how far they are on my car. I'm disappointed really.
