DO NOT VISIT, WAS ASHAMED WALKING OUT!!!
WHAT ABSELUUT DISATER!!! DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE!!! I went for an whole in my teeth and teeth cleaning. First of all when I walked in three assumedly office worrkers was sitting there chatting to each other where I waited at the ciunter more than 5 minutes to be helpex. They were afrikaans joking with each other and I felt like a burden. When I finy got helped by a Young female dentist. She did not talk nuch just gave direction and I felt veeeery uncofrtable.... She proceeded to fill my teeth, which btw came loise and out 3 months later!!! Inbetween tge session the rreceptiknist came in three times asking for things whereby the dentist would have a lekker conversation with her while having tools in my open mouth!!! I felt so out and embarrassed!!! After she "cleaned" my teeth it was so badly do e I went to clicks for a bleeching kit just to feel better!!!! AFTER the consultation the incomptent stand in receptionist sai oooooh mexical aid did not pay you need to pay NOW. I paid half. Tbe next day they phoned me and demandex the money which I then paid. I asked to soeak to the dentists "Think it was Dr Bentley", a young lady. Which was rude and arogant. I asked her for a sick note for work for that day and she refu*** saying i was not sick. Please do not visit this place, and do not let the young lady work on your mouth!!!!

Double billing and no feedback!!!
I am very upset and angry at this point. For the past 4 months myself and my fiance is paying for a black tag and two vitality membership. 4 months ago Bongile from planet fitness valley view changed our contracts from black tag to vitality. Every month planet fitness debits me for black tag and my fiance for vitality for both of us. This means we paid more then 2200 for black tag which are not supposed to!!! I have queried this with the agent who changed the contract Bongile and with the receptionist numerous times every month with no feedback. As the manager always seem to be unavailable. This morning I received another debit for black tag membership. PF owes us more then 2000!!! I called the rude receptionist today and he advised that the manager will be here at 9 today he put the phone down in my ear. I took time off work to come see the manager and I was told he is off sick ( l do not believe this). Never once have I seen his face or received any feedback from him regarding my concern over the period of 4 months!!! He always seem to hide away in his office and I am sick of it!!!! I want this matter to be resolved asap Signed contracts are broken here!!!
