Best Dentist practice
Due to a previous dentist, my daughter developed a fear of going to the dentist. I searched for a new practice and, after reading the many positive reviews, decided to try Dental House Noordheuwel. From the very first visit, my daughter absolutely loved it there and now cannot wait to visit the dentist again. Last week, I visited Dr Bonnet myself, and the service was outstanding. She explains every procedure clearly and has such a calm, reassuring manner, as does her assistant. The receptionist is also extremely friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for excellent dental care in a comfortable and caring environment.

Best Dentist practice
Due to a previous dentist, my daughter developed a fear of going to the dentist. I searched for a new practice and, after reading the many positive reviews, decided to try Dental House Noordheuwel. From the very first visit, my daughter absolutely loved it there and now cannot wait to visit the dentist again. Last week, I visited Dr Bonnet myself, and the service was outstanding. She explains every procedure clearly and has such a calm, reassuring manner, as does her assistant. The receptionist is also extremely friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for excellent dental care in a comfortable and caring environment.

Rude and aggressive dentist in Krugersdorp.
I have never in my life (I am 72 years old) been so insulted as by a dentist working at The Dental House near Krugersdorp. I was treated like a dog. I had to sit in her dentist chair waiting for her to talk to people on the phone. She then refused to treat me at all. She also indicated to me that it is not her fault that I do not have a medical aid. She wasted my day. Very rude and aggressive. Do yourself a favour and go and see a doctor who who treats people like people, not animals.

Rude and aggressive dentist in Krugersdorp.

Bad service from the dental house
Was just at the practice with my son a consultation, And the service that we received and my son received was extremely bad for lack of a better expression. The Dr was rude, as if she has never dealt with kids before painting a very bad picture for about the health site of his teeth, even if what she said was true but when working with kids you need to be be kind and have empathy, kids are not like grown ups and kids are different. Not to say much I'm just not happy with her services and for her to say she will not do it again, if we are coming back we should find someone else to help us check if maybe Dr Annely is available as she will not assist us. I mean we paid money to be there for us to receive such a service, we did come to the dental house out of charity case. Did she not take an Auth that she will help people? Because if that is her idea of helping well all I saw was a young lady that was not professional and ****** in her service. All she did well was to scare my child by her comments and unprofessional behavior.

DO NOT VISIT, WAS ASHAMED WALKING OUT!!!
WHAT ABSELUUT DISATER!!! DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE!!! I went for an whole in my teeth and teeth cleaning. First of all when I walked in three assumedly office worrkers was sitting there chatting to each other where I waited at the ciunter more than 5 minutes to be helpex. They were afrikaans joking with each other and I felt like a burden. When I finy got helped by a Young female dentist. She did not talk nuch just gave direction and I felt veeeery uncofrtable.... She proceeded to fill my teeth, which btw came loise and out 3 months later!!! Inbetween tge session the rreceptiknist came in three times asking for things whereby the dentist would have a lekker conversation with her while having tools in my open mouth!!! I felt so out and embarrassed!!! After she "cleaned" my teeth it was so badly do e I went to clicks for a bleeching kit just to feel better!!!! AFTER the consultation the incomptent stand in receptionist sai oooooh mexical aid did not pay you need to pay NOW. I paid half. Tbe next day they phoned me and demandex the money which I then paid. I asked to soeak to the dentists "Think it was Dr Bentley", a young lady. Which was rude and arogant. I asked her for a sick note for work for that day and she refu*** saying i was not sick. Please do not visit this place, and do not let the young lady work on your mouth!!!!

Dental issues
<p>I went to the Dental House in Shannon road Krugersdorp on 21/04/2017 extracted my 2 teeth in the chair. Apparently she used one code that my medical insurance didnt pay for. I called the Dental house after I spoke to my medical aid to tell them they must re- submit with the correct code. Only to find out that that Dr is not there anymore, and that they are not going to re submit. The amount was R537.60 I explained to them I only get paid on the 26 of each month and that I will pay them the amount. Today on the 26/07/2017 they send me an sms telling me that my account with dr AG Bonnet the Dental house has been handed over for blacklisting and collection ********** . This is not exeptable they called me 3 times which I explained to them I only get paid on the 26 of every month. I am not happy with their service and the way they treated me. And then they treathend to to blacklist me. What is my options in this situation. I told them after I paid that amount they must destroy my file because I will never make use of them anymore. </p>
