Gadija gave me information regarding their service, stating that she would reduce my debt while maintaining a positive credit record. This exchange occurred in December 2021. However, as of January 2022, my account has been marked with a negative flag. When I attempted to cancel the service in January 2022, I was informed that I needed to complete the payment of my outstanding debt.
I got a call from Tebogo Sebowa and his line supervisor Kagiso they only wanted to sent me debit order mandate, from the they are not replying my emails, I think i will stop the mandate before they debit me if they dont get back to me.
