Poor service delivery
I actually would like to give a zero. We paid R 2650.00 for a problem with our washing machine to be repaired. The problem still existed. Called back twice and every time they claim the problem was fixed. Still existing. Never received the 12 month guarantee on the repair work

Never try to ask for a refund as they can't keep their promises Waiting now 7 months for my refund
