I ordered a phone holder about a month back and to this day I have not received my order. I've sent numerous communication with these people via email and WhatsApp and both communique is being ignored.
I had took out a contract phone with MTN which I then returned to the store within the cooling period. I have, however, been experiencing challenges with MTN. They keep billing me for a device that is no longer in my possession. They have been billing me since I returned the device to the store (In January) this has had a very negative impact on my credit score. I have been tirelessly calling MTN to cancel the contract and stop the billing of the device, but every time I am being sent from pillar to post. I have numerous reference numbers which I received from MTN telling me that my issue is being attended to, but every month it’s the same story with my credit score plummeting. I've been calling their customer care tirelessly and each timw they will either forward me to the accounts department who will forward me to retention department who also forwards me to their head of department bit yet nothing has been done to resolve my issue. The contract is still active on their end yet I have documents from their store of my cancellation and returning of the device I am truly frustrated by this and will be escalating the matter further if I do not receive assistance here. I want the contract to be cancelled because the device was returned and I want my credit score to be sorted out with credit bureau. I have attached the necessary documents which serves as evidence that I have tried to get assistance but to no avail.
