PC Link Computers are thieves

DO NOT under any circumstances purchase anything from this company. I ordered a Batman Extreme (life size Batman toy) for my son, which I paid R4,500 to PC Link Computers. After 2 months of waiting, I enquired by email (the only method of communicating with them) where the toy was, only to be told there was a delay and they would let me know when it arrived. I waited another 2 months before I enquired again, only to be told the same thing and no further explanation. When I tried to email a few times after this, my emails were ignored and I never received any further correspondence from them. I asked for a refund in one of my emails, which was also ignored. Please don’t be scammed out of your hard-earned money by these people. Needless to say my son was extremely disappointed at not receiving his birthday toy. Really shocking they’re still allowed to practice.
