Please do not apply for a loan from this company; their consultants are unprofessional and disrespectful. I just spoke with a woman at 9:19 AM regarding my loan application. I informed her I would not proceed because I received assistance elsewhere. Her disrespectful question was, "Why did you make the application?" I rep**** that I needed the money, to which she responded, "What must I do with the application?" I told her to delete it, but she said, "You have to do it on your side." This behavior is unacceptable. In January, we are all trying to make ends meet, and this is not how to conduct business. That employee needs to be dismissed, as such conduct will drive away potential clients. I will be contacting the complaints department to address this issue.
