Arc? More like pain in the ****.
This is the second horrible service I’ve received from Arc online. Don’t ever buy online from them. You’ll be begging for your order that you PAID for. I ordered 2 items on the 23/01/2024 and a week passed, no one sent me any shipping details. I tried the call center, no answer. I had to message them on Instagram and they said they sent my order to the wrong house. If I didn’t follow up I would’ve never even known what happened to my order. “R.S” controlling their Instagram account said they’d express deliver it. I’m still waiting. Pathetic and useless.

Radisson Blu, emphasis on Blu.
My husband and I stayed at @radissonbluresidencecapetown @radisson and we had such a horrible experience. They gave us dirty sheets, we had to phone 3-4 times requesting for bath towels and they ended up giving us hand towels instead as they didn’t have anything else to offer us. We left our room at 11am and came back at 4pm and our room still was not cleaned after putting up the please service our room sign. They pushed 2 single beds together with sheets that did not fit so they would move around and end up being off the bed by the morning. When I asked them for separate sheets they did not do so. I asked 3 times in one day. They were so rude on the phone when we logged our complaints and always transferred us to someone else who did not resolve any issues. When I call to reception to ask for something they transfer me to house keeping instead of contacting them themselves. The service that was recieved was so horrible that we checked out and got a new hotel. I’m honestly so disappointed and instead of resolving issues they only gave us a partial refund. Pathetic service. Would definitely not recommend.

Planet Disappointment
This has to be the most unsanitary gym I have ever been to. The staff at Planet Fitness Wanderers in Johannesburg are so unhelpful. The hours are still Covid hours even though our contracts state that the gym would be open until 10pm. The air conditioner does not work. It has not been working for 2 years. Whenever we ask the staff about it they evade the question. It is almost summer, the gym is hot and there is no ventilation. It feels like you are working out in a sauna. Last week, a fellow gymer was badly injured. None of the staff were trained in first aid. They didn’t even have ice to save his finger. They took 30 minutes just to find a pair of gloves. They let him walk down the stairs while he was bleeding and losing a lot of blood. They also took away the big sanitizer as soon as you enter the gym and I have never seen them sanitize any of the equipment. It’s easier to get a divorce than to get out of this contract.
