I wished I had read this complaint before I did business with Caterlynx.I bought two deep fryers and when it they were delivered ,I found out that one was out of the box and was missing parts.I enquired with the Johannesburg branch with a lady named Yolanda and she referred me to her Manager Jose at their Cape Town branch.I was a lied as to why that happened and was told to buy the parts and install them and Caterlynx will reimburse. I have never heard of such and I plea with anyone not to do business with Caterlynx. Rather spend more money and buy from their competitors. Don't be a vicitim like Mr Morna
