After giving me invalid banking details and trying to cover their backs with the seller by insinuating that I made the error (something I easily disproved by showing them their invoice with the incorrect banking details), the director is dragging his feet in instructing his bank that is holding the funds in their suspense account to reject the funds, so that I am refunded.
