Proline helped me to get back my car, my insurance done an assessment and confirmed that my car is a write off. But Rachel, Solomon, Bianca and Sibongile take further steps to make sure that this car will be repaired. Rachel is so amazing in her job and she is so brave and confident. She provides feedback for each and every step of the vehicle process. She so passionate and strive for excellent. After talking to her I felt so relieved strong. Today I'm here to collect my vehicle I so happy with the service, I have been treated with respect and dignity.
