Excellent Service
I changed to Olympic Driving after an unpleasant experience with Amelia Driving School. The owner of Olympic, Reinhard, has been excellent with the setting of appointments, feedback and updates when it has been necessary, the cars are in excellent condition and the instructors have been on time for the appointments. Reinhard was most helpful in accommodating us on short notice and fitting my son in for bookings and a brush up on his K53.<br> <br> THANK YOU TO REINHARD AND HIS TEAM FOR A MOST POSITIVE EXPERIENCE.<br> <br> I highly recommend Olympic Driving Academy.

Pathetic Service with bad attitude
USE AT YOUR OWN PERIL, the owner of this school takes no responsibility for late appointments, chopping and changing instructors, poorly maintained cars and general lack of organization. Amelia is rude to her clients, has continual excuses when complaints are made and after spending R4000.00 with this school, the level of service that one expects for this kind of money on a scale of 1-10 , was a big fat ZERO. I do not recommend this driving school at all.

Feedback on complaint /Issue Resolved
On the 13th February 2014 I posted a report on the Queenswood Eric Barnard store re a purchase of a sleeper couch. On Saturday February 14th, the MD of the company Mr Marius Barnard contacted us regarding the complaint to discuss it. He agreed to arrange for collection of the couch which was done on Monday February 16th and to pass a credit. We have received a full credit. Thank you to Mr Barnard for the prompt response and resolution on this matter.

Bad Attitude / False Advertising
On the 6 November 2014 I went into Eric Barnard Furniture's in the Queenswood Galleries Pretoria and bought a Cayman Sleeper Couch from the sales man David, at the time of purchase he gave the assurance that it would be comfortable to sleep on and was a full length 3/4 bed equivalent. I have recently due to the complaints of my guests tried the couch and had to sleep from corner to corner or in a curled position as the length is not as the manager stipulated it was. I woke up with a sore back, exhausted from no sleep and completely unhappy that this \paperweight"cost me R4745.00<br> I contacted Eric Barnard on the 11 February 2015 to discuss returning the couch for a more practical solution ( a bed) "
