Excellent Service and Value for money
Today I bought a Cloud 9 Bed from Eric Barnard Furnitures. From the first call that was made I was professionally advised and assisted by a lady with the name Aletta whom helped and advised me as one would expect to be helped buying a bed that must last for the next 10 years. Today I want to give Aletta a thumbs up for service excellence. Thank you Aletta and Eric Barnard Furnitures

Dear Eric Barnard Meubels I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the handling of an issue regarding my recent purchase of living room furniture from your store. I purchased a set of recliners and a chesterfield couch in elephant gray. However, shortly after delivery, it became apparent that there was a defect in the seats of the couch. Following your instructions, the manufacturer inspected the couches and subsequently took them away, promising to send replacements. Unfortunately, I have now learned that the manufacturer has liquidated their business, leaving me without the replacement couches I was promised. I am extremely disappointed with the way this matter has been handled. I find it unacceptable that I am now left with no couches after having spent a significant amount of money on my purchase. I believe that I am entitled to a satisfactory resolution to this issue. I request that you either provide me with replacement couches of equal quality and value as originally purchased or refund the full amount of my purchase. I would appreciate a prompt response detailing how you intend to resolve this matter. Please contact me at your earliest convenience to discuss this further. I hope that we can resolve this matter amicably and avoid any further escalation. Sincerely,

Eric Barnard are truly a family business and very professional. Their competitions giving away amazing prices making hearts happy is so humble. Other furniture companies can do what they do. Keep being a blessing and thank you.

All i can say is Well Done to Eric Barnard Meubels. They are suppliers in the furniture department. Good quality and workmanship is one of their top priorities. But best of all..... the owner Maruis. Once a month he gives a gift to a random person. And i believe that this makes the world a better place. He pays it forward like no other business would ever do. He is always friendly, and his staff always friendly by giving assistance or advice. And i feel dor this time that South Africa is currently in lockdown. All his staff and his business is taking huge strains. I pray for them out of my heart. And all family businesses.
