As I am sure many unfortunate person in SA had struggled to claim UIF during this Covid19 nightmare lockdown. We are a small company with 4 workers. 1x white and 3 black, who are registered for uif and we sent all the documents we received frombour local labour offices. We only received feedback containing yet more documents to be filled out and sent in. And even after that still no feedback. Then we applied online and after about 2 weeks of not being able to get any help over the phone or online we finally received a message on the online site that our application has been processed. Payment is R0.00.!!! And it only states : payment requested through a different payment medium?" What exactly does that mean? I sent a email back and still no response!! Who can we call except for the 012 337 1997 and 0800030007 numbers? Because those numbers are never availible? We need to get these workers their payments. They have wives and childeren and responsibilities like rent and they have to get food!!! Why are the UIF giving us 3 different sets of application forms, and the complicate things by wanting csv files etc. just to create an online applications site where one cannot edit a mistake or with a re-apply option? WE NEED HELP BECAUSE LABOUR DEPT IS NOT ABLE TO HANDLE THE HUGE FLOW OF APPLICATIONS AND DOESNT HAVE QUALIFIED PEOPLE WHO CAN ASSIST ONE THROUGH THE APPLICATION PROCESS. WE ONLY GET PAGES AND PAGES OF READING MATERIAL TO FIGURE OUT BY OURSELVES AND WE DONT GET ANYWHERE!!!!!

Really poor service!!! We did a refund back to a client from our card facilities and after a month they still wait for their cash back. Everytime we call the Yoco Hepline or send an email you have to litterally send multiple emails to get them to read your mail.... they only reply with automated emails and never call us bac to keep us up to date with our problem..... sadly disappointing service!!!!!!
In October I send m latop (Which I had for 10 months) back to repair after ,all of a sudden it just went dead!! I won the laptop in a lucky draw and received it still sealed and brand new. First they told me that I don not have a guarantee because it was a gift. Then after many phonecalls and tears Joshua Doore agreed to get it fixed. Then after I send it back, 51 days later I finally got my Laptop back, still broken. I took it back to the shop immediately! They eventually got it sent back to the \IT department"and its been over 3 months since I sent it back the first time and I hear absolutely nothing from no one!!!!!! I'm really pissed off at this stage!!!! They don't even bother to try to keep me updated on the repar of my broken laptop!!! This is outrageous!!!! """
